As a Sourcer, you’ll become an expert in developing market research for different types of industries and hyper-growth startups. You’ll build a knack for identifying top talent and strengthen your ability to attract the most sought-after candidates in Silicon Valley. You’ll create talent acquisition strategies for your recruitment partners and their clients, filling and maintaining a pipeline of candidates to deliver against high exposure positions.
What You’ll Achieve:
Engage 100% passive talent through outbound sourcing, marketing campaigns, networking, referrals, events, etc
Heavy emphasis on building out market research strategies including target list creation from initial kick off and iterating as needed
Leverage data, prior knowledge, and industry trends to build creative sourcing strategies
Assist in creating and maintaining a world-class candidate experience

2-3+ years of working experience
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to handle high volume tasks (administration, sales or experience is a plus!)
Eager to expand your skill set as well as learn more about recruiting/talent acquisition/startups/hiring
Nice to haves:
Operational or technical aptitude is a bonus
Experience working in startups
Basic understanding of boolean search techniques
